I rang Andy for advice when we were thinking of buying a new computer and I felt that his advice and recommendations were totally honest and unbiased. We subsequently purchased our new computer through Andy and liked the fact that:
1) it was assembled in the UK
2) great value for money
3) it would have been delivered the next day if we had wanted
4) and that Andy came out to set it all up for us and gave us useful tips.

Andrew called today to install a new router and filter, which hopefully should have stopped the interference on our telephone. But as that was not the answer to the problem, he then did a thorough investigation of all the other possible causes. And came to a well considered conclusion: that the problem lies with the telephone wire into our house.
We are very happy with his thoroughness and his communication.
And with his professional ability and expertise.
