Andy you are a star ! After an emergency call from my uni son that his laptop was playing up, I was on the phone to Andy who sorted out my redundant laptop with a new battery , wiped it clean and re installed various programmes ! great communication , instant service and very reasonable …. recommend Andy highly , he knows his stuff and very efficient ! thank you :-)

Usually You Get Either Great Customer Service Or Cheap Service. In Andy’s Case You Get The Best Of Both. I shopped around to find the best price to replace a broken part of a laptop keyboard (the ribbon connector) He was upfront with me about the cost and the way to fix the problem. I recently got qouted £30 +. Well I’m just glad I found Andy.

My laptop crashed and Andy promised to come and service it without delay. Ten minutes before he was due to arrive at my house, I phoned him to cancel the callout, my laptop had corrected itself. Andy accepted the last minute cancellation without protest. A real gentleman and worth noting if I have further trouble.

Andy rescued me from a pc problem last year, and I promised myself I’d get him to service the pc this year, and avoid the panic situation. Good decision. He’s just given my pc a new lease of life, after patiently explaining in layman’s terms what was necessary and what my options were. I’ll be booking it in again next year – that’s the highest recommendation anyone can give.

I cannot praise Andy enough. It’s bank holiday Monday and he was at my house within 2 hours to fix my broken laptop screen. He was fast and precise with his work. He also did a couple of different checks for me so I knew what other costs I may have been looking at! Easily 5/5. I highly recommend this service to everyone and anyone.

Screen blew on my daughter’s laptop. Usual story with PC World, “can’t get the parts”. One call to Andy, dropped laptop round in the morning, picked up in evening. Excellent, friendly service and I know where I will be going for all future problems.
