Andy did an absolutely wonderful job this week in fixing a major e-mail problem I had concerning Orange, BT and Outlook. Since I make a living from words, and use my PC every day, it was imperative that I got it resolved without delay. This he did, and also backed up all my documents, files and e-mails in more than one way, showing me how to do this too. He is excellent value for money, explains clearly what he is doing and what the customer should do, and I would recommend him to anyone.

When the hard drive on my laptop died, Andy was a great help with his prompt, friendly and professional approach. Replacement drive installed and laptop now working faster than it ever did before. Andy also lent me a laptop until the new drive was installed. Great support at a very reasonable price.

My laptop died on me and needed access to the internet for my work etc, got hold of Andy through recommendation from friends and im so glad i did, he has probably saved me a fortune, he has transferred all my work onto a refurbished laptop i bought off of him.. would highly recommend him in the future… Thank you Andy…

Many thanks to Andy for his calm and helpful manner in coming to sit alongside me to hlep me sort out my various PC needs; merging my internal hard drives which were for some inexplicable reason, in two separate partitions on my Acer desktop PC, increasing the RAM of my operating system by 4GB, upgrading to Windows 10 using the generic programme, getting my firewalls bang up to date and answering all sorts of little questions about this ‘n’ that. I liked the way he did not talk down to me or blind me with technical jargon and I feel much more in control now! It was a shame we could not install the graphics card as I am trying to process large photographic files using Photoshop, but that was not his fault. I know who to turn to when I have another issue/querie and when I eventually outgrow my PC. I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone, whatever their level of knowledge.

Very happy with Andy’s prompt reply from my Computers’s cry for help, and his quick visit to see what the trouble was. Fully rectified and nothing was too much trouble even though it turned out to be a complicated job. would fully recommend him to others. charged a very fair price as well

I bought my new PC from Andy, a custom set-up built to my requirements. He didn’t try to over-sell me, but he offered good advice and he put together a system tailored to my spec. As a result I have the computer that I want at a price I was happy to pay! Thanks Andy, I look forward to working with you in future.
