Thank you Andy for seeing me so promptly and dealing with my long list of questions after downloading Windows 10 and then rather wishing I hadn’t! You put my mind at rest, gave me some useful advice and charged a very reasonable fee I’ve already told a friend about you and will certainly return should I need help or advice in the future. I bought my new PC from Andy, a custom set-up built to my requirements. He didn’t try to over-sell me, but he offered good advice and he put together a system tailored to my spec. As a result I have the computer that I want at a price I was happy to pay! Thanks Andy, I look forward to working with you in future.

Andy you are a star ! After an emergency call from my uni son that his laptop was playing up, I was on the phone to Andy who sorted out my redundant laptop with a new battery , wiped it clean and re installed various programmes ! great communication , instant service and very reasonable …. recommend Andy highly , he knows his stuff and very efficient ! thank you :-)

Usually You Get Either Great Customer Service Or Cheap Service. In Andy’s Case You Get The Best Of Both. I shopped around to find the best price to replace a broken part of a laptop keyboard (the ribbon connector) He was upfront with me about the cost and the way to fix the problem. I recently got qouted £30 +. Well I’m just glad I found Andy.

My laptop crashed and Andy promised to come and service it without delay. Ten minutes before he was due to arrive at my house, I phoned him to cancel the callout, my laptop had corrected itself. Andy accepted the last minute cancellation without protest. A real gentleman and worth noting if I have further trouble.

Andy rescued me from a pc problem last year, and I promised myself I’d get him to service the pc this year, and avoid the panic situation. Good decision. He’s just given my pc a new lease of life, after patiently explaining in layman’s terms what was necessary and what my options were. I’ll be booking it in again next year – that’s the highest recommendation anyone can give.

I cannot praise Andy enough. It’s bank holiday Monday and he was at my house within 2 hours to fix my broken laptop screen. He was fast and precise with his work. He also did a couple of different checks for me so I knew what other costs I may have been looking at! Easily 5/5. I highly recommend this service to everyone and anyone.

Screen blew on my daughter’s laptop. Usual story with PC World, “can’t get the parts”. One call to Andy, dropped laptop round in the morning, picked up in evening. Excellent, friendly service and I know where I will be going for all future problems.

Andy was recommended to us and a good job too. I didn’t realise XP was to become extinct in 2014!! Our 2 computers now have Windows 7 safely installed and appear to be working brilliantly. Andy is punctual and very personable.

At last! Someone who knows how to keep my computer well. It took an emergency to prompt me to find this answer-to-a-technically-challenged girl’s prayer, but now I’ve found him, my pc will be a regular visitor for service and tlc. Andy picked up, fixed and dropped back my computer in the space of a week! Great service, computer thoroughly checked and problems sorted. No problems with communication and all queries were answered. Also very cost wary and with a fixed price everyone was happy. I called Andy due to having issues with my laptop constantly crashing and was concerned due to important documents on there which hadn’t been backed up. He repaired the latop which several issues and no anti virus software and kept all my documents. I had it back in a few days so I could crack on with university work. I now have anti virus software and my laptop works like a dream! Fantastic service and highly recommended. Thank you very much!

I rang Andy for advice when we were thinking of buying a new computer and I felt that his advice and recommendations were totally honest and unbiased. We subsequently purchased our new computer through Andy and liked the fact that:
1) it was assembled in the UK
2) great value for money
3) it would have been delivered the next day if we had wanted
4) and that Andy came out to set it all up for us and gave us useful tips.

Andrew called today to install a new router and filter, which hopefully should have stopped the interference on our telephone. But as that was not the answer to the problem, he then did a thorough investigation of all the other possible causes. And came to a well considered conclusion: that the problem lies with the telephone wire into our house.
We are very happy with his thoroughness and his communication.
And with his professional ability and expertise.
